For that price it was excellent. Staff were friendly. Slippers, pyjamas and amenities were provided. Breakfast was really good, the location was quiet but close to Tokyo Station and the metro. For a first trip to Japan this was perfect. I recommend the baggage transfer from hotel to the airport. It was advertised in our room and it was reliable and better price than anything found on the internet/klook. Staff knew the company and helped us prepare our baggage. We could pick it up at the exact spot at the given time without any issues! Also laundry machines were provided. The place was quite crowded though, sometimes an extra dryer machine would have been nice! Washing is rather quick, the drying takes very long. But we made it through 10 nights with fresh clothes every day. Rooms were clean. No big city view for us, we looked into next buildings wall, but we only spent the nights there to sleep so that was alright for us. A/C worked fine. If there was a proper space to store our baggage, like underneath the beds, it would have been perfect. But we made it work and it was a pleasant experience!

1. Good location near Kayabacho station exit, but no escalator; a reasonable flight of stairs. About a 20 min walk to Tokyo station (if you choose to). Kayabacho is a somewhat business area with financial companies, so it's quiet in the evening 2. Comfortable room, heating in room, clean amenities/facilities, coin laundry and dryer, microwave, vending machine, etc. Everything you would expect of a standard Japanese business hotel 3. Breakfast at cafe is convenient though limited choices. But there is a convenience store nearby. And Tokyo being Tokyo, one can always source food from a huge variety of options elsewhere 4. Staff speaks some English. But it seems that it is an overall change in Tokyo region in recent years

This hotel was great! Our rate included breakfast at the on site cafe as well. We were travelling on a budget, so chose to stay here as it was cheaper than staying closer to the ‘touristy’ areas, but having said that, you’ve got a metro station almost at your doorstep (2 minute walk). The amenities are fantastic - they have a desk in the lobby & you just grab whatever you need on the way through. I found their supplies to be better than the other 3 hotels (some more expensive) in Japan. I would stay again on a return trip to Tokyo.

The staff is very quick and kind. The check-out process was incredibly fast & smooth, simply return the room keys into the check-in/check-out machine & good to go in less than a minute. The set breakfast menus were convenient and flavourful & quickly made. The room was a bit small, but honestly most hotel rooms in Japan are very small so unless you're willing to pay for a high-end 4-5 star hotel, you won't get any better, but we were very impressed with how clean the entire hotel is and how many amenities they provide.

The hotel is nice, staff was very helpful, cooperative , neat and clean , 4 mins close to subway, lots of 711, they gave me umbrella for free to use, rooms was small but bathroom was confortable with supplies , lots of supplies at the reception at no charge, enough charging sockets in room , if you have suit case then it will not fit in room , I only had hand carry so I adjusted myself but not sure if other rooms are big enough so its recommend to check size of room before booking , If I come alone will stay again
